Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Win78. Duplicate accounts — whether created using a different name, email address, mobile number or payment method — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are identified, Win78 reserves the right to close all but the original account and forfeit any balances or bonuses held in duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information during registration or at any point during account verification may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without the return of funds.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Win78 support immediately. Win78 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

KYC Verification

Win78 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any stage during your use of the platform. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of your payment method and, in some cases, proof of address. Accounts that do not complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on Win78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, standard debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Win78 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions, and your account balance will always be displayed in PKR.

Deposits

Deposits are generally processed and reflected in your Win78 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Win78 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use to deposit must belong to you personally and match the name on your Win78 account. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever this is supported by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard processing times vary by payment method but JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
• The payment method must belong to the account holder.
• Win78 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on balances that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement.

Win78 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and event-specific promotions tied to cricket season, PSL matches and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, but the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly on the relevant Promotions page.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates.
• Win78 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where abuse, collusion or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If you choose to withdraw before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on the platform, you agree to the specific rules governing that game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant betting section.

Slots & Casino Games

All slot titles and casino games available on Win78 are sourced from established third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Win78 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results on behalf of any individual player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are displayed within each game's information panel where available.

Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Sports betting on Win78 covers cricket as the primary discipline, including PSL fixtures, T20 international matches, bilateral series and ICC tournaments. Football, esports and other sports are also available. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or official source. In the event of a dispute over a result, Win78's decision is final.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be subject to in-play rules specific to that market.
• Win78 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed issue or human error has led to an incorrect price being offered.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits and withdrawal limits apply per account. Current limits are displayed within the platform.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from third-party studios. By participating in live casino games, you agree that connection interruptions or technical issues on your side do not entitle you to a refund of bets already placed. If a game round is interrupted on Win78's end due to a platform issue, affected bets will be settled fairly in accordance with the game provider's technical protocols.

Win78 monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Accounts showing unusual activity patterns will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. Win78 cooperates fully with any lawful request for information from relevant authorities.

Win78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Requirement under any applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or through no fault of the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of withdrawal checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Win78 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and events outside Win78's control may occasionally result in platform downtime. Win78 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win78's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a dispute arises. Win78 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.
• Interruptions to third-party payment services including JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast that are outside Win78's operational control.

Win78 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Win78, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. Win78 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash or Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete your requested transaction.
